Terms & Conditions

In case of Catamaran trip can't operate due to bad weather condition, perk will be replaced with 1 Time 3-Course Lunch for 2 persons.
Room rates are quoted in Thai Baht and are inclusive of 10% service charge, 7% VAT, and 1% provincial tax.
Rates include daily breakfast for 2 persons per room.
Standard occupancy is 2 persons per room. A maximum of 3 adults is allowed per room, with a surcharge of THB 1,500 net/night for the 3rd adult (guests aged 12 and above are considered adults).
The extra bed provided is an existing expandable sofa bed. No rollaway beds are available. Maximum 1 extra bed per room.
Check-in time is 2:00 p.m. / Check-out time is 12:00 p.m.
Late check-out is subject to availability. A 50% charge applies for departures by 6:00 p.m.; full night charge applies after 6:00 p.m.
The hotel reserves the right to adjust rates if room types, dates, or booking requirements change.

0 – 3.9 years old: Complimentary baby cot (upon request)
4 – 11 years old: Extra person charge when sharing an existing bed with parent at THB 225 net/child/night
4 – 11 years old: Extra person charge with a sofa bed set up at THB 1,500 net/child/night
