Terms & Conditions
- The room rates are quoted in THAI BAHT inclusive of 10% service charge, 7% applicable VAT, and 1% provincial tax.
- Rates are inclusive of breakfast for 2 adults and 1 child per room per night. Except Flora 2-Bedroom is inclusive for 4 adults and 1 child.
- 12 years and older will be considered as adults.
- All kid benefits can be applied for 1 child.
- 2nd child is charged THB 225 net per night and can be accommodated in all rooms except Flora 2-Bedroom.
- Standard check-in time is 2.00 p.m. and check-out time is 12.00 p.m.
- Late check out until 18.00 hrs. is at 50% charge of the room rate while late check out after 18.00 hrs. will be charged at 100% of the room rate.
- Credit card details are required at the time of reservation and hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize the credit card as a guaranteed method.
- Hotel reserves the right to renegotiate the rates if the period, room type or requirement changed.
