- In case of :
- (A) Tourists from approved countries reserve for 1st night stay in Thailand, 1-night accomodation with airport transfer and PCR test on arrival are mandatory required as prepayment.
- (B) Tourists under Sandbox program (Not from approved countries) reserve for 1st night stay in Thailand, 7-nights accommodation with airport transfer and PCR test on arrival are mandatory required as prepayment.
- Please contact reservation department to proceed prepayment request for Thailand entry document.
- The room rates are quoted in THAI BAHT inclusive of 10% service charge, 7% applicable VAT, and 1% provincial tax.
- Supplementary charge for festive season period (23 Dec - 7 Jan) is THB 3,000 per night.
- Rates are inclusive of breakfast and highlight benefits for 2 persons per room per night, except Flora 2-Bedroom is inclusive of breakfast for 4 persons.
- Normal occupancy per room is 2 persons (Except Flora 2-Bedroom). Maximum 3 adults per room are allowed with extra person charge @ THB 2,000 net/ night inclusive of breakfast and highlight benefits.
- 12 years and older will be considered as adults.
- Extra bed is the existing expandable sofa bed in room, no rollaway bed provided at hotel.
- The maximum number of extra bed in a room is 1.
- Hotel check-in time: 2.00 p.m. and check-out time: 12.00 p.m.
- Late check-out until 18.00 hrs. is at 50% charge of the room rate while late check-out after 18.00 hrs. will be charged at 100% of the room rate.
- Credit card details are required at the time of reservation and hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize the credit card as a guaranteed method.
- Hotel reserves the right to renegotiate the rates if the period room type or requirement changed.
Child Policy (PAY AT HOTEL) :
- Child 0 - 3 years old is free of charge for a baby cot.
- Child 4 - 11 years old, ABF charge at THB 225 net/ child/ meal (without highlight benefits inclusion).
- Child 4 - 11 years old, extra bed including ABF is THB 2,000 net/ night/ child (If prefer an extra bed).
- Maximum child is 2 per room, 1 child can be shared existing bed with parents, while another must be paid for extra bed
