Cancellation Policy

  • Credit card guaranteed only
  • Amendment / Cancellation made more than 3 days prior to check-in date: FREE OF CHARGE.
  • Amendment / Cancellation made within 3 days prior to check-in date / No-show / Early check-out: THE FULL STAY CHARGE

Conditions

  • 30-day reservation in advance is required.
  • The room rates are quoted in THAI BAHT inclusive of 10% service charge, 7% applicable VAT, and 1% provincial tax.
  • Rates are inclusive of breakfast for 2 persons per room per night.
  • Maximum 3 persons are allowed with extra person charge.
  • Extra bed is the existing expandable sofa bed in room, no rollaway bed provided at hotel.
  • Standard check-in time is 2.00 p.m. and check-out time is 12.00 p.m.
  • Credit card details are required at the time of reservation and the hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize the credit card as a guaranteed method.
  • The hotel reserves the right to renegotiate the rates if the period, room type or requirement changed.

Extra Person Policy (Pay At Hotel)

  • Child : 4 - 11 years old : ABF charge @ THB 225 net/night (same existing bed with parents and no Highlight Benefits included).
  • Adult : 12 years and older : Extra person charge @ THB 1,500 net/night with Highlight Benefits inclusion as below;
