TERMS & CONDITIONS:
- Room rates are quoted in Thai Baht and inclusive of 10% service charge, 7% VAT, and 1% provincial tax.
- Rates include breakfast for 2 persons per room (Flora 2-Bedroom includes breakfast for 4 persons).
- Standard occupancy is 2 persons per room (except Flora 2-Bedroom). Maximum 3 adults per room, with an extra charge of THB 1,200 net/night for the 3rd adult (12 years and older are considered adults).
- Extra bed is the existing expandable sofa bed; no rollaway beds provided. Maximum 1 extra bed per room.
- Check-in: 2:00 p.m. / Check-out: 12:00 p.m.
- Late check-out until 6:00 p.m. incurs a 50% charge; after 6:00 p.m. incurs a 100% charge.
CHILD POLICY:

- 0 – 3 years old: Free baby cot.
- 4 – 11 years old: THB 225 net/child/meal for breakfast (sharing existing bed with parents).
- 4 – 11 years old: Day bed setup with ABF is THB 1,200 net/night/child.
- Maximum 2 children per room: 1 child can share the existing bed with parents; the 2nd child must pay for an extra bed.
