Terms & Conditions

  • In case of Catamaran trip can't operate due to bad weather condition, perk will be replaced with 1 Time 3-Course Lunch for 2 persons.
  • Room rates are quoted in Thai Baht and are inclusive of 10% service charge, 7% VAT, and 1% provincial tax.
  • Rates include daily breakfast for 2 persons per room. (Flora 2-Bedroom includes breakfast for 4 persons.)
  • Standard occupancy is 2 persons per room (except Flora 2-Bedroom). A maximum of 3 adults is allowed per room, with a surcharge of THB 1,500 net/night for the 3rd adult (guests aged 12 and above are considered adults).
  • The extra bed provided is an existing expandable sofa bed. No rollaway beds are available. Maximum 1 extra bed per room.
  • Check-in time is 2:00 p.m. / Check-out time is 12:00 p.m.
  • Late check-out is subject to availability. A 50% charge applies for departures by 6:00 p.m.; full night charge applies after 6:00 p.m.
  • The hotel reserves the right to adjust rates if room types, dates, or booking requirements change.

Child Policy

  • 0 – 3 years old: Complimentary baby cot provided.
  • 4 – 11 years old (sharing existing bed): Breakfast charged at THB 225 net per child per meal.
  • 4 – 11 years old (with day bed & breakfast): THB 1,500 net per child per night.
  • A maximum of 2 children are allowed per room. One child may share an existing bed with parents; the second child will be charged for an extra bed.

Cancellation Policy

  • Guarantee: A valid credit card is required to confirm your booking. We understand plans can change, so we offer flexible cancellation based on your travel period:
